Financial assistance for basic services is available, and individuals are encouraged to apply for an Indigent grant.
The finance department has expanded its availability to include longer weekday hours and some Saturdays at community halls in various towns to assist with applications.
Beneficiaries are welcome to visit any municipal office in Gansbaai, Stanford, Hermanus or Kleinmond during the week for assistance.
